Happy End of June
I know, you're in shock. 2 posts in one day? well, i'm trying to make up for not posting at all in may. This has caused a bit of a backlog in the news that we are to supposed to share here, so i had to break it up into 2 posts.
The great news is that Pramo is now a grandmother, to a beautiful baby boy, Vikram. i will post his photo as soon as she gives it to me.
The other great news is that shan passed his exams, and we now have 2 chambering students, Shan and Vasuge. It's a great relief to mehala and kavi i'm sure, as this means that they no longer have to spend 5 days in court, every week.
kavi's wedding preparations are on a roll, and it looks like she may actually be getting married after all... and speaking of weddings, two unexpected teams have suddenly thrown their hats in the ring, and it looks like before kavi's december 8th wedding, we shall have to congratulate ajeet (she's getting married) and mehala's sister mala the dentist (she is also getting married).
Announcement: we're having our first mid-year Firm lunch this year on 7th July at the shangrila. Sadly, we will once again be unable to invite you. Now i know you're wondering, what does it mean? has this august firm stopped having lunch to such an extent that they need to announce when they are going to have it next? is the world coming to an end? is it recession and the declining price of lawyers?
and to all that, my answer is Cis! How could you cast such aspersions on our eating habits?
obviously we are all as healthy looking as ever, and having all of our 4 meals (breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner). its just that this is an official event, where we will all be officially going, wearing officially pretty clothes. probably there will even be a theme... you never know.
this is also to note that kavi has succesfully completed 3 years at this madhouse. Yay!!!
