hello village people! how are youse all doing today?
life is a little bit quesy and a little bit dizzy in muhendaran sri today as we have all been slightly food poisoned. kavi, mehala, madhavi and i all had lunch from the foodcourt annan's stall (after boycotting him for more than 6 months). it was nice, but within 2 hours we were all feeling off. mehala and kavi are still feeling quesy and dizzy respectively. they are dizzy and quesy.

kavi won her case last week, and we were awarded with 21 months backwages.! yay! another resounding victory for the firm!!!
mehala has got some maternity clothes and is looking v. pregnant.
i was sick the whole of last week - so terribly sick. am on my second course of antibiotics now and on the slow path to recovery (but still looking glamorous today in my pretty bangles and dangly earrings)
darshini's new nickname is bathroom rani (which means bathroom queen). she's constantly in the bathroom. have no idea what she does there.
she is responsible for new office policy - clerks are no longer allowed to go on the net in the office. isn't it terrible? what to do? one bad apple spoils it for all the rest...
my parents are off to india tomorrow for a month long holiday. why am i telling you this? because it means gitanjali will be in the office for the next month. daily reports on that in due course.
puasa month (ramaddhan) is here, so everyday by 2.30, the stalls are open selling all sorts of food, and by 4pm, we are breaking fast here...
