cannot believe its friday already. this week has obviously been fastforwarded, while we were looking elsewhere...madhavi is still not back to the office after her grandma's death. she came in for a brief while on wednesday, but left after lunch. we had biryani yesterday, courtesy of shan. mehala has gone off with kavi to pick up something from court. it's just muhendaran and prayma and i in the office. v. quite. ransom doesn't seem to be doing anything to q. latifah.

highlight of yesterday: we had a half kg birthday cake with peaches and strawberries on it. it even had a verse on it: to sri, mehala and kavitha, happy something, something day...good messsage i think. v. deep. nice cake too. we are all obviously pigs of the first order...snort snort. we had a deep discussion about probationers and whether they are entitled to leave...
