today is kavi's b'day. we had chocolate cheesecake to celebrate. lazuli has joined us effective today, so we officially have a new chambering student...
my maternal grandma passed away yesterday. i'm ok. she was v. old (87), and really suffering. she died peacefully. i'm glad her ride finally showed up... it was a good funeral. lots of relatives, my grandma looked really good (i dressed her up), the food was wonderful. there were roses. we should all be so lucky...
we had pizza and gitanjali to celebrate the birthday girl's b'day. gitanjali trashed the whole office, and had to stand in the corner for 10 mins. (which she did, very heartbreakingly) b'cos she was drinking the water out of the fountain, and flinging it about...
kavi's trial (kamaruddin) is going on tomorrow, so she and ms are off to industrial court. Ct. 28, so kavi might be in court till 7pm apparently. mae is in high court. she already came to me and grumbled about her entire schedule until she goes off on leave.
another 30 days to her wedding. no word for today.
